User Experience Ashley Madison

I've been doing research into Ashley Madison, a dating web site forthose who want to cheat on their spouses. They're the same ones who pissed off Times Square in NYC by placing a giant billboard that read: "Life is short, have an affair!" The basic idea behind Ashley Madison is to connect men and women who want that little extra on the side in addition to their marriages. Any of their advertising campaigns aims to get enough people angry and make it into the news. I signed up for an account at Ashley Madison. CEO Noel Biderman had told me that a woman didn't even need a photo or any personal info in her profile to instantly  get twenty potential affair buddies arriving on her AM account. True! Within a few minutes of logging in, I had a stream of instant messages from men in New York City. "I'm married. You're married. Let's have sex."  And here comes the catch: Ashley Madison works on a pay-per-contact-model. While signing up is free, contacting people isn't. Users buy "credits" - 100 credits for $55.00. Each contact costs five credits = $2.75!!! I felt bad about that. But lets face it. I can't say I'm 100% Ashley Madison supporter on a personal level. My issues with them are more based on the fact that they facilitate people who hide their affairs instead of encouraging openness. The sacred institution of not wasting money, however, I feel pretty darn strong on. Loose morals, tight budget. Maybe that's why I prefer cybersex to real-life dating. Just as many people get off and no one has to pay for drinks.

Sophie Froment in Nude As for Ashley Madison

Sophie Froment, 21, and beauty queen contestant, hast been jilted by Miss Universe Canada. In media interview she says that it’s not fair pageant organizers dumped her after seeing a nude ad she filmed for the dating website Ashley Madison. She has nothing to hide. Sophie Froment asked what’s wrong with her taking it all off for an Ashley Madison ad while contestants wear next to nothing in bikinis for the swimwear portion of the pageant. “I don’t think it is fair at all.” Froment told the Sun in an interview. “They make us go on a stage wearing bikinis and that’s OK to them. And she is right. It wasn’t porn. So there is nothing argue against. Froment was sent packing by the pageant Saturday, the same day the Sun ran a front page story about her steamy ad for Ashley Madison - a website that bills itself as a place where married people looking to have an affair can connect. After they decided to send her packing, organizers drove her to the bus station in downtown Toronto. They left her with $100 for her ticket back home to Gatineau, Quebec. But rather than hitting the road, Sophie Froment called Ashley Madison.

Ashley Madison has been very supportive of Sophie Froment since the pageant affair broke out. The company arranged media interviews for her inside their Yonge and Eglinton office on Sunday. The University of Ottawa law student said she is still thinking about a job offer from the company as a translator.
